The property is a part of tea garden with a separate demarcation and two entry gates, one passes through the lush green garden and another access is from the main town. The entire property is covered with semi plain area and hillocks covered with rocks which gives a historical look. The property is covered by the mighty Brahmaputra River on one side and Tea Garden on the other side. The entry through the tea garden is designated for in house guests and is a complete private area with no access to outsiders except the in house guests.
The entry from Gate No. 2(town side) is dedicated for guests who would book the property for events in future. A location has been created for future development of amenities for event management like open banquet hall, separate kitchen for events, soundproof bar between the hills & dance floor.
Our Hotel services
We have two cottages which are functional and are located on the hill top. The cottage which has been designed by one of the best architect gives you a wonderful view of the Brahmaputra from inside. Each cottage is spacious enough with a dining space, king-size bed, a divan bed attached with a private balcony and a kitchen.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the room type. Guests are advised to enter their stay dates and check the specific conditions for their chosen room. A 50% cancellation fee is applicable if canceled within 7 days—no refunds after that.
All children are welcome. One child under 6 years is charged when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

The Infinity Swimming Pool, situated on the hilltop, offers an excellent view and privacy. The space is suitable for small-sized pool parties and functions organized for selected guests.
The Bamboo House is a unique restaurant with a bamboo structure, providing a view of the Brahmaputra on one side and a tea garden on the other. It can accommodate up to 25 persons and offers a diverse menu with Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and local varieties.
Each cottage offers a spacious layout with a dining space, king-size bed, divan bed, private balcony, and a kitchen. Other in-room facilities include air conditioning, electric kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge, flat-screen television, small kitchenette, WiFi, and slippers.

Check-in time is between 12:00 and 22:00, and check-out is also between 12:00 and 22:00.

The property is a tea estate bungalow compund with two rooms in total (that are quite big and can accomodate 4-6 people each) and a common pool area delivering scenic views of the Brahmaputra. Great place for family and friends and also for groups as the property offers exclusivity. In-house food is great especially the traditional dishes . And I can't praise the staff enough as they are super friendly and forthcoming with any kind of need of the guests. 5-stars!
